ARCEP has released its Mobile Observatory for the third quarter of 2012. There were 72 million SIM cards to September 30 in France rose 7.4% year on year, the highest annual growth rate recorded for ten years.

In France, the number of customers stood at 69.3 million (+7.6% yoy). Monthly subscriptions (packages) rose sharply in the third quarter of 2012 (1.4 million packages) after the first quarter and second quarter already very dynamic (1.6 million and 1.4 million packages ).
